Booking Your Hayride
Booking our Hayrides are typically a two-step process using our secure shopping cart that protects your information, but does take you outside our main website to confirm availability then actually records your reservation in our real-time calendar. To eliminate confusion, please follow these steps:
STEP 1 – CHECK AVAILABILITY
Go to our ONLINE CALENDAR to see what dates/times are available. Consider selecting a few dates/times to take back to your group to see what works best for everyone. We don’t recommend taking too long to make your decision because this calendar is live meaning others have access to these dates/times as well. When you have determined the appropriate date/time you wish to reserve, proceed to Step 2. Be prepared with a credit card number required to hold your date with a 50% deposit for your group. Check our PRICING page to confirm costs.
STEP 2 – BOOK YOUR RESERVATION
When you have your preferred dates/times confirmed with the availability of your group, please return to the ONLINE CALENDAR and enter your dates once again confirming the reservation with your 50% deposit. You will receive an email confirmation when the order has been processed.
